How to Take Glyconutrients

   As your Representative, it is my desire that you get the best results possible from your Glyconutritionals.  I know that Glyconutritionals can help you regardless of your goals. Here are 5 tips to help you feel the most results possible from your Glyconutritionals:
 
1- Take the right Glyconutritional(s) for your health challenges.
 
2- Take enough Glyconutritionals. Just like food, some people will need more and some will need less to get the same results. Remember this is not medicine or herbs. I have never heard of anyone dying because he/she ate too many or too few vegetables.
 
3- Drink Pure Spring Water. As an absolute minimum, divide how much your body weighs (in lbs) by 2 and drink that many ounces of Pure Spring Water everyday so that your cells are 'bathed' in a bath of Glyconutritionals. For example a 120 lb woman would drink a minimum of 60 oz of pure spring water per day.
 
4- Consume Fiber. Using a high-quality fiber supplement or eating meals very high in fiber and in raw vegetables will enhance the results you get from your Glyconutritionals.
 
5- Never Take Glyconutrients of any kind on an empty stomach. Why?  No, it won't hurt you but your body will burn it for energy. That is expensive energy.
6- Give Your Body Time to Start Healing. Most health challenges develop gradually over many years (or even decades). Just like getting sick, getting well takes time. I have seen many people see no results until the fourth or even sixth month on the products. Why? It takes months (or even years) for your body to replace sick cells with healthy ones.
